An American from Maryland who found an abandoned airplane saw its potential and decided to turn it into a race car.

The car belongs to Jeff Block, @speedycop on Instagram, who’s a police officer and a keen automotive enthusiast.

He had always wanted to build a race car out of a plane. The fuselage of this old aircraft had sat in an airfield in Southern Maryland for over 40 years.

So, he made some inquiries, bought the fuselage and he was finally able to fulfill his dreams. Now, it’s become one of his prized possessions at home.
