California-based Oilstainlab has shared new images of its incredible HF-11 hypercar, a car inspired by Porsche.

Oilstainlab announced the HF-11 hypercar back in October, and has now released some new images and juicy specs.

The carmaker said the HF-11 will be available as either an ICE-powered car or an EV.

But if you fancy getting your hands on one, they don’t come cheap.

The HF-11 was inspired by icons, including the Porsche Carrera GT

Although only a new player in the industry, Oilstainlab has ambitious hopes for the car.

The marque considers the HF-11 competitors to be the likes of Porsche Carrera GT and the Sauber C9, as well as the Gordon Murray T.50 British hypercar

And it certainly looks the part with a sleek design that’s slightly reminiscent of the Aston Martin Valkyrie

As well as giving us our best look yet at the upcoming hypercar, Oilstainlab has also shared some very interesting details about its powertrain.

If you fancy a gas-powered version, you’ll be able to choose between either a mid-mounted  4.6-liter flat-six or a larger 5.0-liter flat-six engine.

The former will produce up to 600 horsepower, a respectable figure, but for those who prefer a much more powerful powertrain, the 5.0 liter will pump out a staggering 1,200HP.

Yes, you did read that correctly.

According to Oilstainlab, the HF-11 will offer 1,200HP, presumably boosted by a pair of turbochargers.

As yet, the company hasn’t shared any details around the HF-11’s speed but we can safely assume it’s going to be pretty darn quick.

Meanwhile, the EV version will produce a still-powerful 850HP.

Interestingly, customers will be able to order both ICE and EV powertrains if they want, as they can be switched out via a subframe swap.

The marque says it plans to build just 25 examples of the HF-11 and they come with a starting price of $1.85 million.

But if you fancied getting both powertrains, you’ll be expected to part with $2.3 million.

Gordon Murray T.50 British hypercar is a tough car to rival

One of the cars said to inspire the Oilstainlab HF-11 is the Gordon Murray T.50 British hypercar.

The car was designed by Gordon Murray, who launched Gordon Murray Automotive (GMA) in 2017.

The T.50 hypercar project was unveiled in 2020 and won GQ’s Hypercar of the Year the following year.

The T.50 comes with a monster of a naturally aspirated V12 engine.

Much like the HF-11, it’s also super exclusive, with GMA creating just 100 examples.
