This 1973 Chevrolet Corvette could be one of the shiniest that we’ve ever seen, and once you see the mileage on the car, you’ll be surprised.

The car is located in Phoenix, Arizona and has some very attractive, modern features despite the model year listed.

From a 350ci V8 to brand new chassis parts, this car is a rarity.

Plus, this new car is up for auction with a very low bid at present.

This Corvette went for a whip around Phoenix

The Corvette is a classic car model, with many years in production under its belt.

But one driver decided to put his 1973 model up for sale via auction, after adding a small number of miles to the odometer.

The car in question is a 1973 Corvette that is painted in a ‘Sunset Fire Prism’ color, but that’s not the only winning feature.

“Power comes from an L82-code 350-cubic-inch V8, rated at about 250 horsepower and 350 lb-ft of torque. Output is sent to the rear wheels via a TH400 3-speed automatic transmission,” the listing stated.

The car boasts desirable elements such as an aluminium radiator, side-exit exhaust system, and even an ‘Edelbrock 650 CFM carburetor’.

Plus, the Corvette has even been treated to other work, such as suspension bushings, spark plug wires, and a changed engine oil and filter.

But, perhaps the most desirable feature is that the car only has 41,000 miles on the clock, which means it’s basically brand new, and kitted out with modern features to the max.

“I am a collector and tend to not keep cars very long that I know will not be driven like they should,” the seller of the car later added to comments on the auction site, CarsandBids.

There is still some work that needs to be done, as there is an air conditioner compressor missing, some cracks in the tire sidewalls, and even some general wear and tear for the owner to patch up.

The current bid for the Chevy classic currently sits at a mere $6,000, with five subsequent days left for gearheads to snap it up.

The Chevrolet model continues to impress

First established in the early 1900s, Chevrolet has released a wide range of cars during its reign in the car world.

One certain model that still remains a firm favorite amongst gearheads, though, is the Corvette.

The model first began rolling off the production line in the 1950s and has been popular ever since.

In fact, recently, an old Chevy Corvette that had just 11,000 miles on the clock received its first wash in 30 years after it was found hidden away in a barn, proving it stood the test of time.

But, if that wasn’t enough, then take a look at this new Corvette concept that was built in California, and it’s more hypercar than muscle car.
