This man took to the internet to get some feedback about his parking after somebody left a bizarre note on his windshield.
One Scottish man was left dumbfounded by the note, considering that he’d parked his vehicle well within the lines of a parking bay.
So he did what many people do when they have a query – he headed onto the internet and asked the people over at Reddit for their input.
Instead of providing clarity, their responses only made things more confusing.

What was wrong with this man’s parking? Reddit gave its verdict
This man had parked up his red Vauxhall car in a bay on the side of the road in Glasgow, Scotland.
It was parked in front of a small white Hyundai.
While it looks perfectly reasonable by all accounts, he still managed to tick someone off – and came back to a snarky note on his windshield.
Written all in uppercase, the note read: LEARN TO PARK.

This rude note left this man scratching his head, so he went online to get some feedback on Reddit.
Sharing the note on the forum site, he asked: “Am I being punked?
“Can anyone tell me what’s wrong with this?”
Alongside this, he shared a photo of his parking job, which was done in an area of Glasgow called Dennistoun.
In times like this, the driver might have been hoping somebody would clarify the matter for him.

But if anything, the responses may have just muddied the waters further.
“Don’t see a single thing wrong here. Someone just [pulling your chain] I reckon,” one person commented.
“That parking looks fine to me,” another Redditor concurred.
Some did offer their own theories of why the note writer was so crabby about the parking.
“There’s definitely far worse parking in Dennistoun (because I don’t see anything wrong here either), but on the other hand, a lot of folk in Dennistoun think that anything that’s parked, especially in ‘their’ spot, is parked badly,” one person suggested.
“Maybe they thought you were blocking a charger post,” another theorized.
At any rate, this is definitely an odd situation.
Maybe if the post-it note had been bigger, the note writer could have expanded on his grievances?

Leaving a note for someone isn’t always so bad
We admit, the note left in this case isn’t one that anyone would be happy to receive.
But there are times when notes left on windshields – or in any other location – can lead to a lot of good.
One man received a response to his note 14 years after he left it on a 1990 Pontiac 6000.
For another note leaver, it was a 1970 Ford Country Squire that had caught his eye.
And then there are the notes that are just downright heartwarming, as one dad camping out in Yosemite found out.
