This BMW M3 Squared is so wide that it looks like someone bought two of these iconic cars and merged them together.
At first glance, you might wonder if you are seeing things double because it’s so wide.
However – in reality – it is a project created by a mysterious man who wanted to do something extraordinary.
It’s a fascinating story, so stick around and we’ll tell you everything we know.

BMW M3 squared: The widest M3 ever
The amazing story of this unique BMW M3 was covered on YouTube by DriveVerse, who claim this is the widest BMW M3 ever built.
Those claims don’t seem to be wrong, either.
Standing 10 feet wide, this car is wide enough to take over the road entirely – not unlike this extremely wide Jeep we’ve also recently featured.
The body is so big that someone could lie down across it.
On top of that, it has four iconic kidney grills instead of the usual two, which certainly adds to the effect.
Now, you might think a car like this would have two powerful engines, but you’d be wrong.
Under the hood, there’s a simple 1.4-liter 4-cylinder engine, pumping out just 150 horsepower.
The car has an amazing backstory
Let’s dive into the car’s backstory and what inspired this unique project.
A few years ago, a Chinese car enthusiast wasn’t happy with the size of his Volkswagen Lemando L.
He wanted a car big enough to fit 10 people, so he widened it by 10 feet and called it the Lemando Five XL.
But after a while, he needed something new, so he decided to give it a makeover.
He bought a BMW M3 body and parts online, and after a lot of hard work, the BMW M3 Squared was born.
Interestingly, the owner is still working on improving the car, so who knows what he will come up with next.
As ever, we’ll keep you posted.
