The Boeing 747-8F and Airbus A321 have been spotted gliding side-by-side along the runway, showing people just how different they are in size.

Together, they show two very different takes on flying. The 747-8F, a dedicated all-freighter version of the Boeing 747-8, is designed to maximize cargo volume with a maximum payload of 308,000lbs.

Meanwhile, the distinctly smaller A321, with a capacity of 185-239 passengers, is popular for carrying jetsetters from A to B on shorter routes.

Viewers can’t get enough, calling the 747 ‘the most beautiful aircraft carrier in history,’ while others admired the A321 for holding its own next to such a giant. Like watching a cruise ship pace a speedboat, this video shows the contrast between the two airplanes.
