The Brabus 1000 is a plug-in hybrid AMG GT that has more power than your average supercar.
On its own, the Mercedes-AMG GT 63 S E Performance would hit 805hp, which is impressive enough.
But the 1000 takes that up a notch to 986hp, with a hefty lift on the torque too.
What we’re left with is a powerhouse car.

The Brabus 1000 is a plug-in hybrid AMG GT with a whole lot of power
The figures attached to this car are impressive.
Whether it’s the bumped-up horsepower or taking the torque from 1047Ib-ft to 1342Ib-ft, everything feels like it’s been upgraded.
This is down to some powertrain adjustments, primarily in enlarging the twin-turbo V8 from 4.0 to 4.4 litres.

While most other things will remain unchanged in the powertrain – from the nine-speed automatic to the all-wheel drive system – the 1000 will still hit 62mph in 2.6 seconds.
After 23.6 seconds of action, it’ll cruise at 186mph before topping out at 200mph.
This AMG-GT is also capable of doing 7.5 miles on electric power alone.
The interior is a rich landscape of black quilted leather and synthetic Dinamica fabric, with some toppings of carbon fibre.

The price is approximately $611,317, which is certainly no small fee.
But just look at this car.
Nothing but the best of the best from Brabus
Brabus is a German automotive aftermarket tuning company, mostly specializing in Mercedes-Benz.
We’ve seen a lot of their work over the years, and the quality is always second to none.

The company has a lot of notches in its belt, including this $1.6M motorhome, which won an award for best design.
That’s not forgetting its outrageous take on a G-Wagen, which turned it into a $1 million monster.
Alex Hirschi, aka Supercar Blondie herself, got an up close and personal look at said G-Wagen.
Among its features were an oxygen tank, an escape hatch, and fire extinguishers.
Even the Mercedes G63 got pumped up, and went up for sale on SBX Cars.
There’s no telling what Brabus will do next.
