These two British men decided to drive incredibly American cars in the UK.
And their reactions are making people in the US hysterical.
The two presenters are very honest about their deep-seated affection for American cars.
But they decided to take two that they would own – and then hit the UK roads.

British guys test American cars – in the UK
Today’s story is a fascinating tale of a clash of two car cultures.
And it features US cars on UK roads.
Will Chandler and Edward Klinkenberg are the two British men in question.
The pair co-host the Top Dead Center YouTube channel.
Chandler and Klinkenberg open the video with a very honest admission.
Choosing two American cars is one of the dumbest choices they could make.
They note that driving one on UK roads makes ‘zero sense’.
But that is exactly why the idea of this video is so much fun.
Klinkenberg explains that the idea is so strange because of the UK’s ‘small and narrow’ roads.
To an American, these might just be a Dodge Challenger Hellcat and a Chevrolet Corvette C6.
But to British people, they just look downright out of place.
First, the duo talks over the ridiculous numbers behind the Challenger Hellcat.

The 6.2-liter, supercharged V8 is genuinely mind-blowing – as standard!
Next, the pair runs their eyes over the Corvette.
And Klinkenberg explains the reason behind his choice.
This Corvette C6 is a 60th anniversary edition Z06.
That means it comes with a 427cu-in powerplant (or a 7.0-liter engine for those outside the US).
After salivating over the numbers, the group then hits the road.
Duo hits the road – and are amazed
The first journey is taken through the towns in the Dodge Challenger Hellcat.
Interestingly, the co-hosts note the ‘incredible comfort’ of the car.
Will then puts his foot down to test the 717hp in full effect.
And the whine of the supercharger is as intoxicating as it is deafening.
Following said trip through the English countryside, the two then swap into the Corvette.
Edward notes that it already feels more American – but in a ‘bad’ way.
After some impressive acceleration, they decide to put the roof down.
And the experience is absolutely mind-blowing.

The noise of the engine sounds angelic with the roof down.
And the speed itself is far from a joke, either.
“This is absolutely petrifying,” Edward says.
“I have lost my composure…I want this exhaust on everything.”
The video ends with the channel’s editor, Ben, getting to experience both.
And it is a resounding win for the Corvette C6.
The pair concludes the video with one emphatic finding: America makes crazy cars that aren’t meant for UK roads.
But God, do they want to own one.
