Celebrating the Bugatti Veyron in extreme style, the carmaker’s F.K.P. Hommage commission carries a $400,000 Audemars Piguet timepiece in the dash.

Yes, this Veyron actually has a mechanical Swiss tourbillon watch built into the dashboard, and it’s powered by the hypercar.

This is a one-off hypercar tribute that treats engineering limits more like suggestions.

And if subtlety is what you want, look away, because there’s none of that here.

A Bugatti Veyron blended with the Chiron

The F.K.P. Hommage is a one-off creation from Bugatti’s ultra-exclusive Programme Solitaire.

It was developed to honour Ferdinand Karl Piëch, the man whose vision helped bring the W16 engine into existence.

Visually, the car leans heavily on the timeless shape of the Veyron, widely considered the machine that rewrote the hypercar rulebook in the 2000s.

Under the hood lies a quad-turbocharged 8.0-liter W16 engine producing a colossal 1,600 horsepower.

If that sounds familiar, this is because it’s the same engine used in the Chiron Super Sport.

It is the most advanced version of the W16 ever built, complete with larger turbochargers, upgraded cooling, and a reinforced dual-clutch gearbox to handle the torque.

While the Bugatti Veyron famously fell short of the 300mph dream, the Chiron Super Sport platform proved it could be done, blasting past the barrier at over 304 mph.

In this car, Bugatti effectively blends the soul of the Veyron with the peak performance of its successor.

What you’ll find inside the F.K.P. Hommage

Then there’s the cabin, which might just be the real showstopper.

The dashboard integrates a bespoke Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Tourbillon, mounted in a polished metal ‘island’ inspired by classic Bugatti engine finishes.

This isn’t just a watch stuck into a panel, either.

The mechanism is powered by the hypercar itself, using a rotating gondola system instead of a battery.

Around it, the interior features aluminium parts machined from solid blocks, custom Paris-woven fabrics, and a circular steering wheel that nods to the original Veyron’s design language.

Outside, the craftsmanship continues with a solid aluminium horseshoe grille and complex layered paint that creates depth as light moves across the body.

Sources suggest the F.K.P. Hommage commission will cost upwards of €10 million ($12 million).

However, given that it’s a one-off Bugatti commission, price is unlikely to be an issue for its future owner.
