A farmer from Canada put his 2016 Chevrolet Corvette C7 to work by racking up almost 300,000 miles in nine years.
The owner, from Manitoba, bought the Corvette new in 2016.
After splashing out on the car, he appeared keen to get his money’s worth and wasted no time clocking up the miles.
As you might imagine, with so many miles under its belt, the poor old ‘Vette had seen better days.

The 2016 Chevrolet Corvette had clocked up the miles and it showed
Many motorists who treated themselves to a brand-new Laguna Blue Tintcoat Chevrolet Corvette would aim to keep their new motor in tip-top condition.
But this one that was recently spotted parked up in Canada was a far cry from mint condition.

Images of the car were shared on the Mileage Impossible Facebook page, where, as the name suggests, people share high-mileage vehicles.
The blue 2016 C7 had a whopping 265,908 miles on its odometer. Not bad for a car that’s less than a decade old.
According to the post, the car had belonged to a farmer who rode it for all it was worth.
But without even looking at the odometer, you can tell this is a car that has been worked hard.
The blue paintwork was covered in a thick coating of dirt and dust, while the interior looked as though it had taken a battering.
The seats showed the sort of wear and tear you might expect for a car with 300,000 miles on the clock, with rips, tears, and more dirt dotted throughout.

It’s even lost its driver’s seatbelt at some point.
However, if you can look past the dirt, and that’s not exactly easy, the C7’s bodywork appears to be in pretty solid shape.
The ‘Vette isn’t quite up there with the highest mileage cars ever
A 300,000-mile 2016 Chevrolet Corvette is impressive, but it’s still got a long way to go before it joins the ranks of the highest mileage cars ever.
There are several one-million-mile cars out there, including this 1990 Honda Accord, but even those don’t hit the heady heights of the most miles ever.
Greek taxi driver Gregorios Sachinidis locked in 2.85 million miles on his 1976 Mercedes-Benz 240D, but out in front by a fair distance is Irv Gordon.
Irv managed to rack up an unbelievable 3.2 million miles on his trusty Volvo P1800, which is now on display in a museum.
