Unboxing isn’t just for iPhones and PlayStations anymore – car unboxing has seriously upped the ante.
In the wild world of wheels, some of the most jaw-dropping, hilarious, and downright unbelievable moments come when you peel back the cover — or the crate — on a brand-new ride.
From fake knock-offs that look like Fisher-Price toys, to multi-million dollar supercars revealed like spaceships, these are the unboxings we’ll never forget.
Buckle up, because every single one of these stories will make you do a double-take.

These car unboxings are on another level
Usually when somebody takes ownership of a car, there’s a pretty standard formula.
Somebody arrives at a dealership, signs some paperwork, money is exchanged, and a car changes hands.
But in the cases of these car unboxings, things get a little more elaborate.
1. The Fake Dodge Ram That Wasn’t Quite Right
When a crate showed up with a ‘Dodge Ram‘ inside, no one expected what rolled out.
Oversized wheels, empty engine space, and comically off proportions made it look like a giant toy.

The $3,500 Chinese knock-off was more funhouse mirror than fierce truck — but it instantly became an unboxing classic.
2. The World’s Cheapest Pickup Truck
On the opposite end of the scale came the Chang Li Explorer — the cheapest pickup truck in the world.
At just $2,000, it arrived in pieces, barely larger than a Smart car.

But the real shock? It came with luxuries like a touchscreen, reverse camera, and A/C. Big value in a tiny package.
3. This car unboxing made a big splash – the Fake Range Rover That Broke the Internet
Sometimes the biggest shock is how popular an unboxing becomes.
Supercar Blondie’s Alibaba-sourced fake Range Rover looked laughably small and cartoonish, but fans couldn’t get enough.

It ended up becoming one of the channel’s most-watched videos ever — proving the world loves a good ‘expectation vs. reality’ moment.
4. The $4M McLaren Solus GT
Then there are the opposite kind of shocks — the kind that leave your jaw on the floor.

When the $4 million McLaren Solus GT was revealed in a secret warehouse, the cinematic setup looked like a scene from a sci-fi blockbuster.
This wasn’t just a car; it was a spaceship with wheels.
5. The Rolls-Royce Wraith Black Badge
Luxury has its own way of surprising you.

When Alex Hirschi unboxed her sleek Rolls-Royce Wraith Black Badge, the reveal was pure theatre: monochrome palette, the Black Badge Spirit of Ecstasy, and that unmistakable Rolls aura.
Sometimes shock comes in the form of elegance.
6. The last car unboxing is….the $1,800 Chrome Tesla Cyberquad
Finally, who could forget the mini Cybertruck’s cousin?
For $1,800, the polished-chrome Tesla Cyberquad arrived neatly boxed, ready to roll in minutes.

Child-sized, whisper-quiet, and undeniably cool, this shiny toy proved small packages can deliver big thrills.
We all love a car unboxing
There’s just something about an unboxing that scratches an itch for petrolheads.
Maybe it’s just that shared feeling of joy – we all love getting something new, don’t we?
