This Oklahoma man who bought and renovated a car wash has revealed how much money he’s made of it in just seven days.
YouTuber StephentheInvestor purchased a rundown car wash and turned it into a money maker.
Many people are on the lookout for great moneymakers and real estate investments.
For Stephen, he’d gotten a two-in-one – but how much money was he pulling in over the course of a week?

A week’s earnings at a car wash revealed
The car wash’s former owner had grown disinterested in maintaining the business, allowing Stephen to purchase it for $425,000.
After that, he spent over $100,000 extra to renovate the wash and to upgrade some of the facilities.
So, as you can see, this was no small endeavor.
At the time of it being purchased, the business was making around $96,000 a year.
That comes out at about $1,846 a week.
Not a bad amount of money to be made, for sure, but there was room for improvement.
So, how much was Stephen pulling in now that he’d taken ownership of the car wash and revamped it?
He divulged the details in a video on his YouTube channel.
Well, it was a big increase from what it was before – $10,984 in a mere seven days.
If kept consistent, this would come out to a staggering $571,168.
Suddenly, all that money spent fixing this place up doesn’t look so pricey, does it?
And believe it or not, but there have been more fruitful weeks than this one.
Stephen said that the car wash had earned around $15,500 in the first week of the month.
Winter had proven to be a very profitable time for the car wash, due to the amount of salt and snow on the roads.

Who knew that car washes could be such a cash cow?
Most drivers will paid a visit to a car wash at some point or another.
But how many of us have actually stopped to think about that business’ profit margins?
Basically none of us, right?
Maybe Stephen will convinced others than setting up a car wash is a lucrative business model.
It certainly worked for Jason Derulo, not that he had been left wanting with his music career.
