Prior Design gives the McLaren 720s the 'lime green' treatment

German tuning company Prior Design has given the McLaren 720s the ‘lime green’ treatment.
The 720s isn’t exactly a subtle car to begin with but with its new bodykit, this McLaren definitely makes its presence known.
Don’t let the ‘look-at-me’ colorway trick you into thinking the Prior McLaren 720s is all show and no go because the modifications serve a technical purpose, too.

There’s a new front lip spoiler with a slotted intake for improved aerodynamic efficiency.
Meanwhile, at the back, you’ll find a new rear diffuser, new rear fins and a massive rear wing.

It’s also been given new side sills, new side skirts, and even a custom hood.
The lime green body kit actually makes it look eerily similar to Alex Hirschi‘s McLaren 720s.

Prior Design hasn’t done anything about the engine, but some might say that would have been overkill anyway.
The McLaren 720S is powered by the company’s flagship twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8, delivering 720 PS (710 hp) and 568 lb-ft of torque.
It does 0-60 in just 2.8 seconds and it’s hard to do much better than that.
Each component of the bodykit can be purchased individually.
The front lip spoiler, for example, costs $2,990, while the rear diffuser will set you back $3,490.
The hood is the most expensive piece, with a price tag of $4,990.
About the McLaren 720S
The 720S was launched in 2017 to replace the 650S as McLaren’s halo supercar.
Built on a carbon fiber monocoque and much lighter than the 650s, it is also a lot more powerful.
The name ‘720’ is a reference to the amount of metric horsepower it delivers.
In addition to the convertible version, the 720S also served as a platform for a long tail version called the 765 LT.
Pricing starts at $315,000.
