With an estimated net worth of $400 million, Taylor Swift is one of the wealthiest musicians oin the world.
And she has spent a significant chunk of that money building an impressive real estate portfolio.
Among others, that portfolio includes the $25m Beverly Hills mansion you see here.

It comprises 1.9 acres of land and the main mansion houses seven bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a library and a theater room.
It also has three living rooms, and each one features traditional-style fittings as well as a large fireplace.
For starters, it ‘only’ has six bedrooms (and four bathrooms) but that’s just because each bedroom is massive.
It also has three living rooms, and each one features traditional-style fittings as well as a large fireplace.
It looks exactly like the sort of cosy space where you could spend hours enjoying a glass of wine or a cup of tea while reading a book.
And of course, this being Beverly Hills, it also comes with a private tennis court and swimming pool.

The estate has a long and rich history.
It is officially known as the ‘Goldwyn Estate’ and it was first built in 1934.
Taylor Swift actually got a good deal on this house because she managed to snatch it before the real estate madness in California began.
She ‘only’ paid $25m in 2015 but the house is currently worth $32m, according to Zillow.
There are a couple of reasons for that.
Back in 2017, her home was designated as a historic landmark by the Cultural Heritage Commission.
This is a big deal because it means that it is now officially recognized as a building of “outstanding historical and cultural importance”.
Obviously, the fact that the estate is owned by none other than Taylor Swift helps too.
