Content creator Camperghini has done it again: this time, the Colorado man upped the stakes completely, driving the first Lamborghini in Afghanistan.

The man who first received attention for turning his Lamborghini Urus into a full-blown overlanding machine is now seeking greater thrills.

His arrival in Afghanistan stunned locals, delighted car spotters, and sent social media commenters into a frenzy.

And even if there was a secret Lamborghini somewhere in Kabul, it’s fair to say that none has made an entrance like this.

Why he drove the Lamborghini in Afghanistan

Camperghini, who real name is Connor, has been adventuring across continents with the conviction that supercars shouldn’t be confined to gated neighborhoods.

His Lamborghini Urus Overlander isn’t your ordinary luxury vehicle.

It comes complete with an external roof setup and rugged modifications, and he previously shared the benefits of living in the back of the vehicle.

With a US license plate still proudly attached, the car has already crossed landscapes most people wouldn’t take a rental hatchback through.

Over the past few years, Connor has driven the Urus through many parts of Europe, and he’s now venturing into Central Asia.

His arrival in Afghanistan was marked by a now-viral photo, showing him posing in front of the ‘Welcome to Afghanistan’ sign.

The first Lamborghini in Afghanistan with a US license plate

Locals understandably gathered to watch a sight none of them had ever seen: a Lamborghini rumbling across the border.

One even proclaimed it the country’s first-ever Lamborghini (although it’s far from being the country’s first supercar), and while that exact claim is difficult to confirm, Connor did his homework.

He even posted on Reddit, asking whether any other Lamborghinis had ever been in the country before.

So far, nobody has challenged his claim.

What’s nearly certain, however, is that his is the first Lamborghini with a US license plate to reach Afghanistan, given the distance, the geopolitics, and the improbable logistics of such a journey.

On a separate Reddit thread, people were understandably concerned about his safety, given that Afghanistan remains under Taliban control.

In fact, in another video, he even showed off the Taliban flag that he saw, so he didn’t seem overly concerned.

However, there were also plenty of positive comments on his Instagram post, with many locals welcoming him to their country.

As for Connor, he’s already hinted that the adventure is far from over.

If the first Lamborghini in Afghanistan can happen, who knows what country he will surprise next?
