The Concorde Centurion 1200 GSI is a land yacht built on a Mercedes Actros chassis and designed as the brand’s most ambitious luxury motorhome to date.

Priced at over $1.2 million, this model brings together yacht-level materials, residential-style comfort, and serious engineering.

The layout prioritizes privacy, separation of living zones, and onboard convenience for long-term travel.

A built-in garage beneath the bedroom makes it more than just a luxury home on wheels.

Land yacht features that redefine mobile living

At 12 meters in length and nearly 4 meters high, the Concorde Centurion 1200 GSI is larger than many city apartments.

The Mercedes Actros platform provides a strong foundation, supported by full air suspension and a space frame structure.

The rear compartment houses a dedicated car garage designed to fit a Mini, Fiat 500, or Abarth, allowing owners to bring their daily driver along without the need for a trailer.

The elevated bedroom sits above this space, creating a natural divide between living zones.

Ahead of it, a spacious bathroom features heated floors, a spa-style shower, a porcelain toilet, and full-height wardrobes.

This transitional area doubles as a changing room.

The main living space benefits from a slide-out, expanding the interior to include a pair of theater seats, a smart TV, and a bar-style dining area.

Finishes include Nappa leather, composite yacht-style flooring, and high-gloss cabinetry.

The unit showcased at recent expos used a contrasting Vanille leather against dark cabinetry to highlight the materials and design influence.

The kitchen is compact but highly functional.

Solid surface countertops, soft-close drawers, integrated electric appliances, and custom storage elements are all standard.

A wine chiller, coffee station, and high-end lighting round out the space.

Concorde Centurion and the business of ultra-luxury RVs

The Concorde Centurion range represents the peak of the company’s 40-year journey in the luxury motorhome segment.

With the 1200 GSI, Concorde focuses on buyers who demand premium comfort while remaining mobile.

The Mercedes Actros base supports a 26,000-kilogram gross weight and allows for extended travel without compromise.

It comes with 470 liters of fresh water storage, 370 liters of grey water capacity, and a 300-liter black water tank, all contained within a heated double floor.

The hybrid heating system includes a 5.2kW diesel heater and a 5.5kW hot water unit.

Inside, the climate is managed through four independent zones and three subfloor heating circuits.

Base pricing starts near $995,000, but most builds exceed $1.2 million once buyers add options like hydraulic slide mechanisms, upgraded lithium battery systems, and advanced digital controls.

The vehicle, which is currently being shown at trade events, is one of those fully loaded examples, with a long list of optional upgrades already included.

The Concorde Centurion 1200 GSI is not trying to reinvent the concept of a luxury motorhome.

It simply scales it up with meticulous detail, structural integrity, and a clear focus on how luxury travel is evolving.

The result is a land yacht that provides independence, comfort, and design-led living in one cohesive package.
