It truly was a clash of the titans when this Corvette ZR1X took on a Koenigsegg Jesko and a Rimac Nevera.

These are some of the world’s fastest cars, so it was bound to be a nailbiter.

The Corvette ZR1X was considered the underdog from the get-go, owing to its substantially smaller price.

But money can’t buy a victory – how would things play out on the track?

Which car would win out on the track between the Corvette ZR1X, the Koenigsegg Jesko, and the Rimac Nevera?

The team over at The Hamilton Collection was curious to see which of these three cars would come out as the reigning champion.

But first, let’s take a quick look at each car and what it had to offer.

Koenigsegg Jesko Specifications

Price: $3.5 million

0 – 60mph: 2.5 seconds

Horsepower: 1,280hp

Rimac Nevera Specifications

Price: $2.5 million

0-60mph: 1.74 seconds

Horsepower: 1,914hp

Corvette ZR1X Specifications

Price: $230,000

0-60mph: 1.68 seconds

Horsepower: 1,250hp

As you can see, the ZR1X is significantly cheaper than its two rivals, despite having comparable figures on other metrics.

But would any of that make a difference out on the race track?

First up, the Corvette ZR1X took on the Koenigsegg Jesko, where it significantly outpaced the $3.5 million hypercar, and clocked in a 9.66-second quarter mile.

Then it was time for the ZR1X to go up against the Rimac Nevera.

That being the same car that smashed 23 performance records in a single day, you may recall.

This drag race was bound to be a tight one, and it certainly was, with the Corvette slightly edging out its competitor.

However, the Nevera technically recorded a faster quarter-mile speed.

And trust me, we mean it when we say this was like splitting hairs – it was faster by 1/20th of a second.

This may be one of the closest races any of us will ever see.

But there was still one race left to go, and that was the roll race.

Could lightning strike twice for the ZR1X?

What exactly is a roll race?

Well, the cars pull up alongside each other while moving at a constant speed – 60mph in this video – and take things from there.

The Nevera’s electric powertrain smoked the competition, leaving the ZR1X to concede the race.

Despite the victory, the hosts were impressed by the ZR1X’s efforts in keeping up with some of the world’s fastest cars.

It just goes to show that you can’t call anything when it comes to races.
