This custom trailer for hauling speed racers is up for sale on Facebook Marketplace, and it’s probably cooler than the average car.

Offered for sale just outside of Bennington, Nebraska, this flatbed trailer is 26 feet long and 5.5 feet wide.

And it doesn’t just haul cars either – there’s also a multi-part storage unit up front with a ton of space.

Going for at least $20,000, we can’t imagine this flatbed will stay put for long.

The custom trailer that’s cooler than most cars

Let’s face it, Facebook Marketplace is a goldmine for all things car-related.

In recent memory, on that site, we’ve seen a city car transformed into an off-roader, a open-cockpit Lamborghini Gallardo lookalike, and a GMC Sierra with gull-wing doors.

The listings on there have ranged from the relatively ordinary to the outright bizarre – anyone remember this fake Lamborghini Diablo?

A custom-built hauler for Bonneville race cars isn’t quite in the same league of attention grabbing, but it’s very nice nonetheless.

For those not in the know, Bonneville Speedway is an area of the Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah.

It’s been used for motor sports over the years, and has subsequently been the location of many land speed records.

Cars used for these races are often sleek and slick, perfect for reaching those high speeds with ease.

So it makes sense that the trailer that brings them to the track would match.

Taking a closer look at the Bonneville Salt Flat hauler

The trailer is going for $20,000, and is available in Bennington, Nebraska.

According to the seller, it ‘dumps flat on the ground for easy loading’.

In the front compartment, there’s an air compressor, a toolbox, and mounts/space for a Tungsten Inert Gas welder.

The welder, used to produce high quality welds on various pieces of metal, is not included in the sale.

That front compartment also includes a large water tank, which can be used to transport water for a car’s intercooler.

It’s not clear how many previous owners this trailer has had, but it looks to be in good shape.

The sleek black colors don’t give any indication that this thing has been worn down by long distance trips.

So if you want to arrive at the Salt Flats in style, head over to Facebook Marketplace to check it out.
