Denver restoration experts found a super rare Ford Mustang Fastback sitting in a customer’s neighborhood.

Soneff’s Master Garage stumbled across the 1969 Mustang Mach 1 Fastback in a residential area, where it had been sitting for many years.

The car has now been listed on eBay, but any potential buyers should know that it’ll need a lot of work.

However, it’s still a worthwhile undertaking for anybody who feels up for it.

It’s always a treat to come across a Ford Mustang, no matter where it’s found.

You may recall the massive junkyard full of them over in Maryland.

There was also this 1969 Mustang which had been stowed away in a barn for decades.

And in an extra layer of cool, some guys in Ohio found what may well have been the first Mustang ever made.

Whilst the 1969 Mustang found by Soneff’s Master Garage in a Denver suburb can’t lay claim to be the first, it’s still an incredible find.

It had been with its owner since 1974, but hadn’t seen activity in a long time.

Fitted with a 302ci V8 engine and decked out in a Silver Jade paint job, this car epitomized late-1960s class.

The car comes with power steering, an AM radio, and tinted glass.

According to the seller, the ‘100% complete’ Mustang is in very good mechanical condition.

It read: “We performed a complete tune-up including carb rebuild, replaced some fuel and brake lines to make it a good driver.

“Everything works except the radio.”

The car will need ‘some sheet metal work’, and both front torque boxes will need to be replaced.

A new set of tires would also be recommended.

Currently, six bids have been placed, with $12,000 being the top bid so far.

But anybody wanting to skip the tight competition on eBay can pay $14,500 upfront.

We can always rely on eBay to give us some interesting cars up on auction.

Perhaps the most intriguing was this 1970 Cadillac Guitar Car built for Elvis Presley.

It truly is a case of ‘You’ve got to see this to believe it’.

To see if you want to place a bid on the Ford Mustang for yourself, head over to the car’s eBay page.
