A driving school in Qatar is offering exclusive driving lessons in $300,000 Rolls-Royce Ghost saloons for those who want something a bit different.

The lessons are provided to millionaires who don’t want to drive in what they’d see as a ‘regular’ car.

Taking place at the Doha Driving Academy, the lessons allow wealthy drivers to skip straight to luxury vehicles.

Which makes sense if you have the money and want to avoid learning in more ‘mundane’ vehicles, like a Toyota Corolla or a Chevrolet Malibu.

The Doha Academy offers a wide range of driving lessons

The chance to learn in a Rolls-Royce Ghost isn’t all that the academy has to offer, however.

For those who aren’t looking for a luxury car experience, you can learn in a Corolla.

But it’ll still cost you $1,000.

If you want to drive a Porsche Cayenne SUV, you’ll have to pay $3,000 for the privilege.

Prices aren’t available for the Rolls-Royce Ghost driving school; however, those lessons could cost up to $20,000.

Images on the school’s website showcase the Ghosts that they use, which appear to be slightly older models from 2015.

However, the chance to take your driving lessons and test in a luxury car is too good an opportunity to resist.

Students get their money’s worth with the Rolls-Royce lessons

Despite the high cost, you should get your money’s worth with the lessons.

Like the other driving schools at the academy, students will get at least 40 practical lessons in the cars as well as several road theory sessions.

For many new drivers, that’s an ideal number package.

Adding the theory to the bundle just makes the package even more attractive.

Rolls-Royce is popular in Qatar and other places such as Dubai, so it makes sense that the Doha Academy offers lessons in them.

Back when the 2015 Rolls-Royce Ghost launched, the luxury car had a starting price of around $285,000.

Should you want one second-hand, according to Classic.com, you can pick one up for under $100,000.

That is still a large amount of money, but compared to the prices of brand new Ghosts, it does represent a significant saving.
