Apparently, Elon Musk is going to create an app so drivers can view X on their car screen.

So, you might be able to tweet from the comfort of your Tesla in the near future.

Just imagine that.

The Tesla CEO recently revealed his intentions in a post on the social media platform.

“We will make an app allowing you to see the latest from X on your car screen,” he wrote.

As to be expected, though, many aren’t fond of the idea citing it would be a huge distraction.

And we think they have a point.

“He is constantly innovating new ways to kill people with cars. It’s truly remarkable,” one person wrote.

“Bad idea from the site where posts are consistently so bad they make you want to crash into a telephone pole on purpose,” another posted.

“Better get that FSD perfected first haha,” a third commented.

While many think it’s a bad idea, there are a select few who are onboard with Musk’s plan.

“Wow that would be great, we won’t miss anything now,” one person wrote.

“Imagine the possibility of being able to see memes while on the road,” another posted.

“This was natural and now just need an X phone,” a third commented.

Who knows if there will be an X phone in the future, but there’s been talk of a Tesla Smartphone.

It’s been rumored for a long time, but to date Musk hasn’t confirmed the legitimacy of it.

That hasn’t stopped Elon Musk’s parody account on X plugging the illusive Tesla Smartphone.

The person who runs the account has even shared a render of what the phone could look like, and it’s pretty futuristic.

Probably best holding out for the new iPhone when it (finally) arrives.
