Getting into an exclusive Red Bull Tokyo Drift event is every car enthusiast’s fantasy brought to life: think of a secret warehouse, packed with roaring JDM cars and neon lights.

The event was so secretive that even those invited didn’t know exactly what to expect until they arrived.

For one lucky YouTuber, the first clue that he was in the right place came in the form of a long line of JDM cars waiting to roll in.

Once inside, it was sensory overload, as there were legendary cars as far as the eye can see.

The exclusive Red Bull Tokyo Drift event got the vibes right

The YouTuber behind the channel RPM Generation shared his experience at the event in a recent video.

Red Bull transformed the warehouse into what looked like a movie set straight out of Tokyo Drift.

It came complete with gritty concrete floors, glowing signage, and a parking layout that felt like an illicit underground meet.

Every corner of the venue was alive with exhaust fumes mixed with excitement as fans and legends of the local car scene gathered under one roof.

The YouTuber joked that it was impossible to capture it all without making a nine-hour-long video, and that sounds pretty believable.

With around a hundred JDM machines packed in, each more impressive than the last, narrowing down the highlights was no easy task.

The ‘Father of the GT-R’ made an appearance

The first car that stopped him in his tracks was the Aston Martin Valkyrie AMR Pro: a track-only monster that looks more like a spaceship than a car.

He admitted he was ‘almost in tears’ seeing it in person, describing it as something between a prototype and a work of art.

Just a few feet away was another fan favorite: a modified Nissan R34 Skyline that looked like it drove there from the set of 2 Fast 2 Furious.

Its owner, instead of treating it like a museum piece, actually drifts it regularly.

After all, what’s the point of owning an icon if you can’t let it rip?

Among the sea of stunning rides, one R32 Skyline stood out in particular.

The relatively unassuming car belonged to none other than Hiroshi Tamura, Nissan’s legendary ‘Father of the GT-R, who the YouTuber had recently interviewed.

For anyone lucky enough to step inside, the exclusive Red Bull Tokyo Drift event was a once-in-a-lifetime moment.
