This Florida entrepreneur has had a successful real estate career that’s led up to a momentous occasion: his first Rolls-Royce delivery, and he can’t stop saying ‘Wow’ after he sees it.
After his new white Rolls-Royce Cullinan was dramatically revealed from under a black sheet, he was shocked by what he saw.
He signed all the documents with an excited flourish, and after saying ‘Wow’ many times, you can tell he can’t believe that he owns it.
With a smile on his face, he told the people around him that ‘when [he] first got into real estate, never did [he] think it would get this far,’ a testament to the power of hard work.

His first Rolls-Royce has got the ‘Wow’ factor
Paul Carassone is known online as The Property Boss, and he has had quite the career in real estate. So he used some of his hard-earned wealth to buy a luxury British car – his first-ever Rolls-Royce.
The Florida Entrepreneur posted a video on his Instagram first showing him signing the ownership papers with a flourish, and then being taken to a staging area.
Under a heavy black cloth, which was then dramatically pulled off his new car, you can see a brand-new white Rolls-Royce Cullinan, and all the Florida entrepreneur could say was ‘Wow’.
“That’s all I’ve got, it’s wow!” he said of his brand new luxury car.
Hard work pays off
You can tell that Paul is proud of his achievement, because who knew that a ‘first Rolls-Royce‘ was a milestone to aim for?
His long career in real estate has set him up nicely for hitting this personal milestone, and he said of the new luxury car:
“When I first got into real estate, never did I think it would get this far.”
Congrats on your classy new ride, Paul; we wish you miles of luxurious smiles.
