Floyd Mayweather – ‘Money’ himself – recently topped up his real estate empire with a whopping $402 million worth of Manhattan apartment buildings.

Mayweather Jr. is best known for his unprecedented 50-0 record in the boxing ring.

Yes – we’re not counting whatever the heck that was against whichever Paul brother he danced with.

But in typical Mayweather fashion, the famed boxing legend has put his money where his mouth is and put nearly half a billion into Manhattan apartment blocks,

Nobody in fighting history has managed to top Floyd Mayweather’s achievements, winning five world championship belts across different weight classes.

But outside of the fighting industry, the boxing celebrity has racked up a massive investment portfolio of flashy supercars, private jets, and real estate.

Now, in a bid to continue his New York City empire, he has bought 62 apartment buildings worth a combined $402 million.

Taking to a video on social media, Mayweather said: “I lately bought 62 apartment buildings in New York City.”

“All the buildings belong to me, I have no partners.

“It’s all making power moves.”

The apartment buildings, bought from Black Spruce Management, are mainly in Manhattan’s outer boroughs like Harlem, Washington Heights, and Inwood.

The former boxer also owns nine skyscrapers including one that dominated the New York City skyline.

“When it comes to legalised bank robbing, I’m the best,” Mayweather recently said after the ‘exhibition’ fight with Logan Paul.

Mayweather was pictured on Instagram posing in front of a number of the buildings he now owns.

Hopeful Manhattan residents will be hoping that Mayweather’s involvement and PR will prompt affordable prices at a time when inflation is sky-high.

These new buildings in his portfolio certainly differ from his $10 million mansion in Vegas.
