Dubai just got a little more exciting with the arrival of the GMA T.50, making it one of the first hypercars of its kind in the Middle East.

While Dubai is a hub of luxury cars, this GMA T.50 is worth a bit of attention as it is the first to arrive in the city.

The iconic car worth around $3 million was recently spotted parked outside the famous Dubai Mall.

But trust us, there’s so much more to this beauty than just its looks.

The iconic GMA T.50 recently spotted in Dubai

To start with, the GMA T.50 – also known as the Gordon Murray Automotive Type 50 – was designed by its namesake – the genius behind the iconic McLaren F1.

The supercar’s spec is designed to have that wow factor, for sure.

The car has a 3.9-liter V12 engine built by Cosworth delivering an impressive 654 horsepower when it revs at 11,500 rpm.

However, that’s not the limit. This engine can rev all the way up to 12,100 rpm, making it the highest-revving naturally aspirated road car engine ever made.

Also, with 344 lb-ft of torque at 9,000rpm, the T.50 offers insane performance, going from 0 to 60 mph in under three seconds – that’s seriously quick.

To add more fuel to the fire, that incredible power comes packed in a car that weighs just 986kg – making it one of the lightest hypercars in the world.

Then there’s the car’s unique fan system that boosts downforce and helps the car stay stable even at high speeds.

Basically, we’re looking at the future of hypercars, here.

Thanks to Skjall Carspotting, who spotted the car in Dubai, we were able to see photos and videos of the car after its appearance in the Middle East.

Excitingly, while Dubai cherishes its first iconic GMA T.50, Gordon Murray is all set to unveil an even more extreme T.33 in 2025.
