This 1996 Honda Accord hides a full PlayStation 2 setup in the dashboard.
It doesn’t get much more retro than this.
Photos of this iconic set-up were shared on Reddit and have spread around the internet from there.
But the Y2K fun doesn’t stop at the dashboard.

Drive In Your World, Play In Ours – the 1996 Honda Accord with a PlayStation 2 set-up
Somebody found a way to bring their love of gaming into their car, and honestly, we’re all here for it.
Reddit user xXKing-NuggetXx shared photos of his car set-up to much acclaim back in 2021.
Other users hailed the car as ‘nostalgic’ and ‘steezy’.
Google informs us that steezy is slang for ‘style and ease’, so that’s easily a compliment.

At any rate, this set-up is enough to make you feel like you’re back in the early noughties.
The PlayStation 2 itself is integrated into the passenger side dash, which is cool enough, but it doesn’t stop there.
The car also contained dual headrest screens and a monitor mounted on the ceiling.
Essentially, the whole vehicle was one big entertainment system on wheels.

Game night with the guys would look a whole lot different if this were the setting.
Although we’re not quite sure if it’s advisable to start playing Resident Evil 4 while the car is in motion.
We love a cool and creative car set-up
When it comes to customized cars, you definitely win points for creativity.
Kodak Black definitely did when he turned his GMC Minivan into the Mystery Machine.
Then there’s the wonderful 1974 Corvette, which is the ultimate Star Wars tribute, with Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker splashed over the exterior.
And yes, other cars have utilized the PlayStation.

This Mercedes Sprinter had the console built in, alongside two bars and two coffee machines – not too shabby, right?
Then there’s Frankie Muniz’s iconic $100k Volkswagen Jetta, which came with a PlayStation.
One guy even managed to drive his truck using the console’s controller!
Combining gaming and driving is a relatively new concept, but we’re all here for it.
