The owner of a Honda Civic was left impressed after discovering a neat feature of her car’s key fob that she had no idea about.
Bryce explained that she had owned the vehicle for three years but never knew about the little-known feature.
She actually discovered it while scrolling through TikTok and then tried it out on her own car.
After confirming that it worked, she returned to TikTok with a clip of her own to share the feature with others.

Carmakers are always dreaming up handy features that make life easier, like this one from Tesla that could stop pet owners from having their windows smashed, or this incredibly useful one found on the Dodge Charger Daytona EV that should be standard on all electric vehicles.
However, it seems that some features are so well-hidden that motorists aren’t even aware of them.

At least that was the case for TikToker Bryce, who posts under the handle @thereal.girl.bryce.
In a recent clip she admitted that she had owned her Honda Civic for three years and never knew about a little feature hidden away in the key fob.
In the clip, she can be seen approaching her car with her fob in her hand.
“If this works, this is going to be crazy,” she said.
At this point, she aimed the fob at her parked Honda Civic and hit the unlock button twice, holding it down on the second press.

And – ta-dah! – just like that, the windows on her Civic begin to roll down. Much to her surprise.
Byrce revealed that she had learnt the trick on TikTok and wanted to check it out herself.
The clip divided opinions with some folks left as surprised as Bryce by the feature, and others saying they had known about it for years.
“Does nobody read their car’s instruction manuals anymore?” one TikToker said.
But another admitted it took them six months to find out their car did the same.
Someone else pointed out that it wasn’t a new feature.
@thereal.girl.bryce Had this car 3 years and never knew this😭 Thanks TikTok🤣🤣 #hondacivic #hondasport #newfeature ♬ original sound – TheReal.Girl.Bryce
“Even my old 2007 Honda Accord did this when I had it,” they wrote.
Still, we think it’s a pretty neat surprise to find on a car you’ve had for three years.
