Living next to Jeff Bezos on Indian Creek Island, also known as the ‘Billionaire Bunker,’ comes with a hefty price.
A 1.8-acre lot on this exclusive island is up for sale for $200 million, making it one of the most expensive vacant plots in the U.S.
The hefty price is not just for the land – it’s about the prestigious location and ultra-rich neighbors, including Bezos himself.
Besides that, Indian Creek Island is home to only 41 houses, and the privacy and luxury they offer is unmatched.

Become Jeff Bezos’ neighbor at Indian Creek Island
To start with, the island offers a private golf course and its own police force, ensuring top-tier security for its elite residents.
Nicknamed the ‘Billionaire Bunker’ the island attracts some of the wealthiest people, like Ivanka Trump and hedge fund mogul Ken Griffin.
Jeff Bezos is so fond of the place that he first bought a home on the island for $79 million, followed by a second and then a third not long after.
His total properties on Indian Creek Island, together, are worth around $237 million.
Currently, a vacant lot is located at 9 Indian Creek Island Road.
Its appeal lies in its size, waterfront location, and proximity to Bezos.
The $200 million price tag is eye-watering, but the seller is open to negotiations.
The sale at ‘Billionaire Bunker’ could set a new record
Broker Ilya Reznik, who is handling the sale, has already shown the property to a few potential billionaire buyers.
But if it sells at the asking price, it could set a new record for the region.
Bezos’ presence on the island has significantly boosted property values.
Reznik even believes that a buyer might pay extra just for the chance to live near one of the world’s most iconic billionaires.
For anyone dreaming of becoming Jeff Bezos’ neighbor, the question is simple: can you afford the price of admission to the ‘Billionaire Bunker?’
