The giant superyacht you see here is called Lady Moura, and she was built for Doctor Nasser Al-Rashid, a Saudi billionaire who used the boat as a hospital with an entire staff of doctors and nurses.
And that’s not all because, unlike most billionaires, he also lived on the yacht full time.
This explains a lot about the boat’s design.
But there’s something else about the boat that will probably make your jaw drop.

This superyacht is basically a small city
Today, Lady Moura belongs to a Mexican billionaire who uses the yacht for vacations, like most people do.
But this $200 million ship was originally built for Doctor Nasser Al-Rashid, who used to live aboard the ship with his wife and their nine children.
All nine children were actually raised aboard the vessel.

That must’ve been an amazing childhood because the ship is like a city.
There are seven decks, and they all serve a purpose.
You’ve got the usual amenities you expect from a $200 million superyacht, but there are also two laundries, two galleys, a bakery, rooms dedicated to video games for the kids, and even a hospital.
Back when Al-Rashid was her owner, the superyacht was maintained by a crew of over 60 people – and some of them were doctors, nurses, and chefs.

But here’s another fact about Lady Moura we need to talk about.
Because despite the ship’s massive, this isn’t the largest superyacht in the world.
Not even close.
One of the smallest superyachts in the world
At 344 feet, Lady Moura is massive in a general sense, but all in all quite small by superyacht standards.
She is only the 64th largest yacht in the world.

Most of the yachts that make up the top 10 are owned by Abu Dhabi’s Al Nahyan family.
They own Azzam (pictured above), which is the largest, Blue, A+, and Opera.
Interestingly, Jeff Bezos’ Koru is often excluded from this list because technically that’s a sailing boat, not a motor yacht.
