Lamborghini unveils its 1-of-15 Fenomeno Roadster, a 1,065HP beast that's the fastest roofless Lambo ever

The fastest roofless Lamborghini has arrived – but don’t expect these to be parked on every street corner, as the Fenomeno Roadster is a 1-of-15 supercar.
Capable of 1,065hp, this Lambo is powered by a 6.5-litre naturally aspirated V12 engine.
The engine alone is capable of 824hp, but is boosted by three electric motors.
With all that power, it’s a good thing that the Fenomeno has a look to match, because it’s really a phenomenon.
Taking a closer look at the Fenomeno Roadster – the fastest roofless Lamborghini
Designed as the roofless sibling of the Fenomeno Coupe, released last year, the Roadster is all about the power.
This Lambo can polish off 62mph in 2.4 seconds, much like its big brother, and can reach top speeds of 211mph.
“Fenomeno Roadster represents the purest expression of our brand values: visionary design, uncompromising performance, and absolute exclusivity,” Stephan Winkelmann, President and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini, said.
“It is a unique interpretation of driving emotion, created for a select group of customers who seek something truly beyond convention.
“Each example is conceived as a collectible masterpiece, where engineering excellence meets true bespoke craftsmanship.”
Following in the company’s tradition of drawing inspiration from bulls, this car owes its name to the Spanish and Italian word for ‘phenomenal’.
The bull in this car’s case was a famous fighting bull from Mexico, that was pardoned from a bullfight for the ‘exceptional qualities it demonstrated’, Lamborghini Registry reported.

Exclusivity is the name of the game when it comes to this beauty.
“With the Fenomeno Roadster, we are continuing the dream of many Lamborghini enthusiasts,” Mitja Borkert, the Design Director of Automobili Lamborghini, said.
“It’s an exclusive and precious looking design; the Fenomeno Roadster represents the ‘feel like a pilot’ philosophy.
“At the same time, we are showcasing the relentless creativity of our Centro Stile, which has been actively creating designs for more than 20 years.”
From top to bottom, the Fenomeno Roadster is dynamic and striking, with its sharp edges and slick material making it look like it rolled off the pages of a graphic novel.
Only 15 lucky people will get the privilege of owning one.
