This is the moment a Lamborghini Huracán Performante faced off against a modified Nissan GT-R in a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it drag race that lasted seconds.
The two cars went to the Barona Dragstrip in Lakeside, California to battle it out.
The Lamborghini Huracán Performante comes equipped with a beefy V10 engine, of course.
Whereas the Nissan GT-R had undergone some unspecified modifications to its powertrain. So, how did it all go?

The footage was shared online by drag race enthusiast and YouTuber SSDracer, the guy who has previously shown what happened when a Kia EV6 took on a 1957 Chevy, and when a Tesla Cybertruck raced a Corvette Z51.
In a recent clip, a Lamborghini Huracán Performante was pitted against a modified Nissan GT-R, and it was as fast as you might have expected.

The drag race, which involved about 3,000 horsepower between the two vehicles, was over in just seven seconds for the Huracán and 7.02 seconds for the Nissan.
However, according to the track’s light, it was actually the Nissan GT-R that crossed the finish line first.
It shouldn’t come as much of a surprise that the Nissan GT-R – nicknamed the Godzilla – was quick off the mark.
The iconic vehicle, which was introduced in 2007, is a hit with speed demons the world over.
Earlier this year, the marque revealed it would be pulling the plug on the Nissan GT-R.
But it seems as if the draw of Godzilla is too large for Nissan to ignore, as just a few months on it was revealed a new model is in the works.
Back in April, the carmaker’s new CEO Ivan Espinosa appeared to drop a rather large hint after saying that making sports cars was part of the marque’s DNA.
He went on to say the GT-R name ‘will exist into the future.’
And just last month, Nissan execs confirmed that there were already people working on a new GT-R.
As yet, the Japanese marque hasn’t announced when we can expect a new GT-R, but we’re pretty sure that once it’s released, we’ll see them tearing along drag strips much like the one in the clip above.
