This UK motorist believes he might have found the best value for money used Tesla, after snapping it up for a bargain price, and he says it’s still got plenty to offer.
The used Tesla has a 0-60mph time of under 2.5 seconds and offers around 300 miles of range.
YouTuber the Electric Vehicle Man bought himself the EV as a ‘content car’.
But after driving it around, he was left so impressed that he said the EV is ‘probably a keeper’.

He revealed how much he paid for the used Tesla
At the start of the clip, the YouTuber made a tongue-in-cheek comparison, saying that the Lamborghini Huracán STO and Ferrari 296 GTB would cost hundreds of thousands, and they have a 0-60mph time of around 3 seconds.
However, in comparison, his used 2020 Tesla Model S P100D with Ludicrous Plus mode has a 0-60mph time of under 2.5 seconds, and cost him a whole lot less.

If you’re an EV owner, you might have seen the recent reports about price depreciation.
A recent study found that the Tesla Model S topped the list when it came to EV depreciation.
And several owners have been left stunned after getting valuations for their Teslas.
While this isn’t great news for folks who have already bought a Tesla, it does mean that those looking to buy a used model could land themselves a bargain.
And that’s certainly what the Electric Vehicle Man says he got.
He paid just £24,750 – around $33,400 – for the Tesla Model S P100D with Ludicrous Plus, a car that would have originally cost more than £100,000, around $135,000.
The EV was made in late December 2020, and is one of the last of its kind sold in the UK.
It had about 80,000 miles on the clock, and still had more than three years or 64,000 miles of battery and drivetrain warranty.
Overall, the used Tesla was in ‘fantastic condition’ with the new owner saying he has ‘no complaints’.
He’s hopeful that price depreciation will slow
Of course, as we know, cars depreciate in value pretty quickly, and EVs are particularly hard hit.
However, the Electric Vehicle Man reckons that as the used Tesla Model S P100D had already lost so much of its value, it’s unlikely to drop much further.

“This is over 100,000 [pound] car that I’ve got for less than 25 grand, and it’s not five years old yet.”
He also noted that he’d already seen similar cars, with similar mileage, selling for a lot more.
All in all, we have to say it sounds like he landed himself an absolute bargain.
