This Chinese SUV was so majestic that it made one gearhead fall to his knees, but now, after getting behind the wheel of the Chery Tiggo Pro 4, he’s revealed what he really thinks.
From the interior to the fuel economy and range, he explained how the car really performed when he sat in the front seat.
The Chery Tiggo Pro 4 poses a cheap alternative to other powerful SUVs on the market and bears a resemblance to brands including Kia.
However, there was one big question that took centre stage, and it was all to do with repurchasing the vehicle.

It was time for a long-term Chinese SUV update
China is well ahead of the game in the automotive industry, with the cars that the country has produced setting the standards for others to follow.
So, to see what all the fuss was about with Chinese SUVs, one YouTube team put a particular model to the ultimate test.
CarSauce previously unveiled the Chery Tiggo Pro 4, and it’s safe to say that the guys were left impressed by what the $16,000 SUV had to offer.

In fact, one of the guys even dropped to their knees when it arrived.
Now, though, they were back to give their true thoughts after taking it for a spin.
“I have genuinely enjoyed my time driving it, and I wasn’t sure if I would,” said the presenter.
During the short time of ownership, 2,000km were put on the clock, but as with anything good, there is always a catch.
Despite it being a good drive, there were some not-so-great points that the channel touched on.
First up was the fuel economy, with the driver explaining that it sits at 8L/1000km on a highway, which he expressed wasn’t the greatest.
Next up, he joked that the range is a lying b*****d, and the air conditioning cut out on occasion.
Lane centering, the horn, Apple CarPlay connection issues, and even a minor recall also put a slight dampener on the car, but don’t fear, as the positives outweighed the negatives this time.
The million-dollar question – would he buy it again?
Well, even though there were some negatives, overall it was clear that he was impressed with the car and how easy it was to drive.

“I’m sitting here right now, it feels way more expensive,” said one of the guys.
Inside, it was clear to see that the car gave off a premium feel, with its three front displays and ambient lighting features.
He also explained the Chery Tiggo Pro 4 had lots of trunk space, labeling it ‘deceptively big’ and as having ‘enough power and enough torque’.
Overall, the Chery Tiggo Pro 4 made a good lasting impression, and the guys explained that they’ll be sad to bid the Chinese SUV farewell.
