A man has created the first-ever CyberDeLorean.

And he has used his Tesla Cybertruck to do it.

The build has been going viral all over the internet.

And it is one of the most unique and creative things you will ever see.

Man uses Cybertruck to pay tribute to an icon

Well, this is officially one of the coolest EVs you will ever see in your life.

And it’s also one of the most creative because it fuses two incredibly recognizable images into one.

The story in question comes to us from the official Cybertruck Reddit page.

And it is all thanks to Reddit poster antimethod.

The Redditor has managed to invent something truly incredible.

He has, in fact, used a Tesla Cybertruck as the basis of his creation.

And, based on the ‘CyberDeLorean’ name, you can probably guess what comes next.

The Reddit user actually made two very cool additions to his standard Tesla Cybertruck.

He documented the process of creating two wooden cooling vents for the rear of the truck.

These are then painted to look exactly in line with the silver of the Cybertruck itself.

And these two wooden cooling vents aren’t even the best part.

There is an actual, real-life flux capacitor installed between the rear seats!

The creator of this CyberDeLorean explained the creation in a caption.

“Ran outtatime before I was able to finish the flux bands, but ah well. Nothing some LED rope lights can’t fix.”

“The Flux capacitor fit perfectly in the back seat. Kids loved the truck, parents got the reference. Fun times.”

As you might have guessed, antimethod deservedly received much praise for his creativity.

“I love this with all my heart. This is pretty much my dream. I wish I were as crafty with woodworking! Those cooling vents are fantastic,” one comment said.

“Great Scott! I love it,” another said in tribute.

CyberDeLorean looks just like the real thing

Of course, this incredible CyberDeLorean pays tribute to one of the most iconic vehicles in the history of cinema.

And that car is the DeLorean DMC-12 from the legendary Back to the Future franchise.

The Belfast-built brainchild of John DeLorean quickly became a silver screen legend in 1985.

It became, in many ways, the star of the series from the moment it first appeared in the original film.

In that film, Doc Emmet Brown, played by Christopher Lloyd, is experimenting with time travel.

A young Marty McFly, played by Michael J Fox, is his young, rebellious friend.

In order to fuel the flux capacitor, it’s what makes time travel possible, Doc steals plutonium from some Libyan terrorists – because of course he does.

Whilst trying to escape, Marty ends up hitting 88mph – and is immediately transported back to 1955.

The series later involves the pair traveling into the future – to 2015 – and even further back to the past, to 1885 and the wild west.

We have to say – this CyberDeLorean is an extremely cool tribute to a cinema icon.
