The Gothic Victorian mansion featured in season four of Stranger Things has just hit the market for $1.5 million.
And it looks exactly like it does in the series.

Stranger Things is set in the fictional town of Hawkins, Indiana.
However, the house is located in Rome, a small town in Georgia.
The home sits on a 43,560 sq ft lot and it includes 7 bedrooms and bathrooms.

Obviously, it also features all the elements you’ve seen in Stranger Things.
Including built-in bookshelves, a plethora of fireplaces, Victorian-style chandeliers.
As a cherry on top of the cake, the walls are adorned with a variety of portraits that look like they were painted two centuries ago.
Some of its rooms have been redone to make the house ‘usable’.
For example, the kitchen has been refurbished and redecorated.
It now features a modern black marble island, all-new appliances and even a walk-in pantry.
And the formal dining room now includes a modern wet bar, which is always a welcome addition.
The house was originally built in 1882 and sold in 2019.
Its value went up dramatically after it was featured on the award-winning series.
In Season Four, the mansion is used by Vecna, the main antagonist in the series.
They say location is everything when it comes to real estate and Rome, Georgia obviously isn’t like Rome, Italy.
And vintage interior design isn’t for anyone.
Having said that, the price feels just right.
It’s a large home (6,000 sq ft), sitting on an even larger piece of land.
It even has a nice patio outside and a guesthouse.
