As UK soccer star Marcus Rashford arrived for his first training session at the Barcelona training ground in Spain, the famed supercar enthusiast was spotted using a modest $33k car over his $600k Lamborghini.
Having maintained one of the highest wages in the English Premier League, Marcus Rashford is now heading for pastures new at Barcelona.
But the tricky winger isn’t matching his on-field flair with his cars, despite being known to have a passion for big engines.
Instead, his first day on the job saw him arrive in a club-issued modest car worth just $33k.

Marcus Rashford spotted ditching his $600k Lamborghini for a $33k modest car at Barcelona training
English soccer star and celebrity Marcus Rashford is known to have a taste for supercars, recently selling his $600k Lamborghini before joining FC Barcelona in Spain.

Having made the move from Manchester United to Barcelona last week, the soccer star has been reporting for duty behind the wheel of a much tamer replacement car.
Having recently sold his Lambo and seemingly leaving his Mansory Rolls-Royce Wraith at home, he has now been filmed arriving at training in a CUPRA Formentor.
His new car is a usual signing-on bonus for FC Barcelona players, as the club is partnered with CUPRA.
The Formentor is a modest car with a top speed of 157mph.
While this is a drop down from the 217mph of his Lamborghini Aventador, Rashford will be keeping a keen eye on his speed, having not long finished serving a driving ban.

So it shouldn’t take him long to afford an upgrade on the Cupra.
UK soccer stars keep selling supercars as they move clubs
A number of high-profile English soccer stars have all been caught up in the same car-inspired confusion.
Harry Kane, Trent Alexander-Arnold, and now Marcus Rashford have all been forced to leave their cars in the UK after joining teams around Europe.
In the case of Kane, he was told he had to leave a modest luxury car at home, as the German side Bayern Munich had a sponsorship deal with a different manufacturer.
It’s a rule imposed in many soccer clubs, and Bayern even fines its players for not using its partners’ cars.

As for Marcus Rashford, he might be thankful for the toned-down CUPRA, with Barcelona acting as a last chance saloon for the player.
The forward has been looking to revive his soccer career, having enjoyed a successful stint at Aston Villa last season, and will now play this year at FC Barcelona, providing a helping hand to Lamine Yamal and Raphina.
