Mate Rimac just found two new ‘customers’ for the Bugatti Tourbillon.
Bugatti-Rimac’s CEO has been using his Tourbillon as a daily driver to test it in real-world conditions, which apparently includes taking his nephews for a ride.
The kids certainly loved it.
And, for one good reason, we bet they’re going to love it even more in the future.

The situation is changing now, but for the longest time, automotive CEOs were so stuck in corporate jargon and mannerisms that they felt robotic.
Then the car world began to change, and now a few CEOs are still like that, but most are basically the equivalent of Silicon Valley vibe coders in a T-shirt.
Maybe that’s because car companies are basically tech companies.
And Rimac is certainly one of the coolest CEOs out there.
Maybe it’s because of his age – he’s not even 40 yet – or maybe it’s because of his car collection.
Or maybe it’s because of the way he nonchalantly uses 2,000-horsepower, multi-million-dollar hypercars in the Balkans.
We’re so used to seeing these CEOs show off their hypercars in Beverly Hills next to Michelin-starred restaurants that it feels strange to watch Mate Rimac eat a burger on the outskirts of Zagreb with a Bugatti parked right next to him.
He’s actually done that, by the way.

And speaking of things that are up on his Insta, Rimac has apparently found new ‘customers’ for his hypercar: his nephews.

Mate Rimac has been using a Bugatti Tourbillon, presumably a pre-production model, as his daily driver.
He often shares updates on Instagram, the latest of which features two new protagonists: his nephews.
Mate took his nephews for a ride around the block in the new Tourbillon, which must’ve been fun for the kids.
It was probably fun in the moment, but it will be even cooler in hindsight.
We’re sure they enjoyed the ride today.
But 20 years from now, maybe when they’re in college reading about old classics – which the Tourbillon will certainly be by then – they’ll realize, ‘Oh wow, my uncle took me for a ride in that.’
