Soon you’ll be able to live in luxury at Mercedes-Benz Places.

Like other rival manufacturer, Mercedes is moving into the world of real estate.

The residential tower will be the epitome of luxury, inspired by Mercedes-Benz design and shaped like a huge rocket.

The company is collaborating with Binghatti to bring this huge block of top-end apartments to life.

Binghatti is known for its extravagant builds having recently launched Bugatti Residences.

This project is part of a growing trend of luxury brands expanding their empires to include grandiose residential towers.

Mercedes-Benz Places will be situated in the heart of Downtown Dubai.

It will be neighbored by other iconic buildings such as the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall.

Mercedes-Benz Places will feature 65 storeys, spread over a height of 1,118 feet.

As expected, the apartments will be high-end, opulent, and well-designed.

“Our goal with our first branded real estate residential tower is to create desirable grounds that embody our brand’s DNA and provide our customers with a place to arrive, unwind, and call home,” Britta Seeger, a spokesperson for Mercedes-Benz, said.

Binghatti has released a rendering of the building, and it’s every bit as lavish as you’d think.

The curved, cone-like shape is covered in LED lights shaped like the Mercedes trademark three-pointed star.

What one can expect to pay for an apartment here is yet to be disclosed.

If the price of a spot at Bugatti Residences is anything to go on, buyers will be looking at paying at least $5.2 million.

At Bugatti’s apartment block, each property comes with a car lift to reach a private glass-doored garage.

We can only imagine what Binghatti has in store for Mercedes-Benz Places.

If you’re hoping to nab an apartment you’ll have to wait a bit.

Construction will begin in January 2024 after a big launch party.
