Bugatti has just unveiled a ground-breaking development.

Called the Bugatti Residences, it will be a collection of super high-end apartments and penthouses in the heart of Dubai.

The crazy thing is owners will be able to drive their Bugattis all the way into their penthouses.

The brand-new 42-story residence is a collaboration between Bugatti and real estate giant Binghatti.

Not only does the building look like something out of a sci-fi movie but the interior is decked out with just about every amenity you could imagine.

The residence has a Riviera-inspired beach, private pool on the roof, jacuzzi spa, and fitness club.

It also has a private members club (which sounds fancy and mysterious) and of course, two garage-to-penthouse car lifts.

If you’re well off enough to afford to live here, you’ll also have a host of high-end services at your disposal – including a bespoke chauffeur and concierge.

Not only does this building let you show off your Bugatti in your living room, but it’s dripping in French luxury.

The supercar maker says it is bringing the same beauty and sophistication found in its hypercars to the residence.

“Bugatti Residences brings the breeze and feel of the French Riviera into this private oasis,” Bugatti said.

“In its organically sculpted design, Bugatti Residences by Binghatti manifests the beauty of the Riviera’s spirit and flair.

The building will be made up of 171 apartments and 11 penthouses – all with bespoke, curated layouts.

In the heart of Dubai’s busy Business Bay district, Bugatti says the residence will be a “retreat in the heart of the metropolis”.

Bugatti and Binghatti haven’t revealed what the high-end apartments will cost yet, but unless you’re filthy rich, there’s probably no point getting your hopes up.
