A rescue dog named Bunny was once gifted a Mercedes-Benz dog wheelchair.
The dog wheelchair was built especially for her, and she looks extra cute in it.
She definitely looks like she’s loving her new ‘means of transport’.
We’re not crying, you’re crying.

Mercedes-Benz did the cutest thing
Bunny, a two-year-old pup at the time, was rescued in 2023 after an accident in which she lost her hind legs.
When Mercedes-Benz heard about the story, the company decided to step up and do something about it.
The German automaker built a custom wheelchair made specifically for this rescue dog.

The wheelchair comes with tiny Mercedes wheels and a strap to keep the dog safely harnessed to the wheelchair.
It even comes with a custom plate that reads ‘Bunny’s Benz’.

When automakers do things for our four-legged friends
Automakers often include dog-friendly features in their cars.
Mercedes, for example, once tested a dog assistant for its MBUX system.
In short, the idea was to create a system that’s capable of decoding the barking of four-legged friends and recognizing their needs.
The system was only tested as an April Fool’s joke on April 1 last year, but the technology behind it is potentially sound.

Then there’s Tesla’s ‘Dog Mode’.
Tesla often includes quirky and unusual features in its cars, but Dog Mode is actually quite clever.
Dog Mode allows you to set the temperature in the car, and the car will keep the interior of the vehicle at that temperature until you return.
It also displays a message on the screen that lets bystanders know the dog is safe.
“My driver will be back soon. Don’t worry! The heater [or A/C] is on,” the message reads.
