This $11.9 million mansion once belonged to racing legend Michael Andretti, and now it’s officially up for grabs.
It’s every bit as extravagant as you would imagine from one of racing’s most famous names.
The sprawling estate, located north of Indianapolis, is closer to a palace than a house.
We’re talking 21,000 square feet of space, five acres of prime land, a front-row seat to Geist Reservoir.

Michael Andretti bought the property in 2017
The property, located in the city of Fishers, is technically just a few miles from Indianapolis.
It’s only about 10 to 15 minutes from the brand-new Andretti Global Headquarters, soon to be home to the Cadillac F1 Team North America.
That makes this listing a perfect fit for anyone who wants to live near racing royalty.
Fishers has become one of Indiana’s most desirable (and expensive) places to live, with land prices soaring as developers carve up larger plots.

According to the property’s official website, the Andrettis purchased the estate in 2017 and have spent years expanding and refining it.

The result is an ultra-luxurious lakeside retreat with 570 feet of open-water shoreline, multiple homes within the estate, and a garage that looks like it belongs in an auto museum.

It’s a setup that screams both success and speed.
This is expected to go off the market quickly
Naturally, there’s a touch of racing nostalgia sprinkled throughout the mansion.
Some racing memorabilia still lines the walls, which is a big plus for any racing fan with money to burn in their wallets.

The mansion is expected to sell pretty quickly; after all, the area has seen its fair share of big-ticket property sales.
And the Andretti name is almost as iconic in Indianapolis as the Indy 500 itself, so that’s probably going to make the property even more attractive.
So if you’ve got nearly $12 million burning a hole in your pocket and dream of living like Michael Andretti, this could be your chance.
