These modified Cybertrucks were cool enough to get Elon Musk’s attention – but did he like some better than others?

We’ve compiled the top five Cybertruck modifications that got Elon talking and ranked them in order of how much he rated them.

Since its release in 2023, the distinctive car has gone through a lot of alterations.

As cool and creative as all these efforts were, some were just a little bit better when it came to catching the eye of Tesla’s CEO.

5. The wooden Cybertruck

ND Woodworking Art is already a pro when it comes to creating cars out of wood, but this effort was still super impressive.

It cost $15,000 and took 100 days to make, but it was well worth the effort.

He shared his work online, hoping to get Elon’s attention.

In an open letter on X, he wrote: “I am a passionate content creator with a deep love for wooden vehicles and a tremendous admiration for both you and Tesla.

“Over the years, I’ve embarked on several wooden car projects to gain valuable experience.

“And today I launched a car that I am very impressed with, the Cybertruck.

“It is also the car that many of my audiences love and want me to build.”

And what was Elon’s response?

“Sure, much appreciated.”

A little bit understated but he still allowed ND Woodworking Art a huge platform.

4. One of Shaquille O’Neal’s Cybertrucks

Basketball legend Shaquille O’Neal wanted to have a one-of-a-kind carbon fiber Cybertruck.

It’s the second one that Shaq has purchased, looking ultra sleek in black with red headlights.

It also has a red under glow, which makes the Tesla seem like it came straight out of an action movie.

When a post of the car picked up traction on X, Elon responded with: “Nice.”

Starting to notice a pattern with Elon and his very short remarks?

We think he’s just not one for gushing.

3. Meek Mills

Meek Mills is so enamored with Cybertrucks that he named a song after them.

After tweeting his desire to own one, he would eventually pick up a Cybertruck earlier this year.

Meek’s ride looks like a cross between something out of The Dark Knight and Blade Runner, with a smooth black exterior.

Elon’s response was a simple “Cool.”

2. Dubai Police Force Cybertrucks

Celebrities are one thing, but police departments are a whole other kettle of fish.

The Dubai Police Force brought a Cybertruck into their fleet and it picked up a lot of attention online.

Elon responded with ‘Cool’ alongside an emoji wearing sunglasses.

The added emoji gives this modified Cybertruck an edge over the others, we have to say.

Dubai’s police force is no strangers to using supercars, having brought in an Artura and a Mansory P720 previously.

1. Halo Warthog

The top spot could go to no other than this impressive Halo Warthog customization.

For those not familiar, the Warthog features in the Halo game series and is used by players to explore terrains on alien planets.

It also has a gun in the back for shooting enemies, so it’s a ton of fun.

This modification was the work of Brandon Herrera and it drew Elon’s attention.

With a response of “This is awesome,” we got three words out of him over just one.

So there you have it, Elon is a man of few words but he knows what he likes.
