What’s better than a McLaren Solus GT? Probably a McLaren Solus GT on a superyacht, which truly helped this millionaire stand out amongst the vast wealth of Monaco.
Tom Claeren, a millionaire and diehard auto enthusiast, pulled off the best publicity stunt ever during the Monaco F1 Grand Prix by combining the most luxurious superyacht with one of the most luxurious supercars ever.
The luxury content creator drew attention from all over the world and truly made himself stand out in a place where luxurious modes of transport were out in full force.
The luxury superyacht is called the SaraStar, and it is one of the world’s largest all-aluminium yachts. It is also somewhat of a celebrity in itself, starring heavily in the film Murder Mystery with Hollywood greats.

What do you get when you combine the Monaco F1 Grand Prix, a celebrity superyacht and one of the world’s nicest supercars?
Probably the best advertisement for wealth you’ve ever seen, surrounded by some of the nicest yachts and cars ever.
Millionaire luxury influencer Tom Claeren wanted to pull off the ultimate publicity stunt and he well and truly delivered, using the most luxury he possibly could to impress people from all around the world and online.
He began by using the SaraStar, a celebrity superyacht that has starred in some proper Hollywood blockbusters down the years.
Using a small crane, he had a McLaren Solus GT delivered and parked on the superyacht’s helipad so that it could hitch a ride around the harbor.
The limited edition McLaren Solus GT is a super-light, track-only supercar that can reach up to 829 horsepower and costs around $3 million to buy.
Printed on the supercar’s door was a quote from iconic racing driver Ayrton Senna: “If you no longer go for a gap that exists, you are no longer a racing driver,” which was also the quote that accompanied the pictures on Instagram.
When it comes to the superyacht in question, the SaraStar, it really is the perfect luxury background for a gorgeous car with the credentials the McLaren Solus GT comes with.
The yacht has a beach club, a helipad which sometimes acts as a supercar showroom and other times as a nightclub dancefloor, a gym and a plethora of water toys to enjoy when you charter it.
Tom’s huge PR stunt required a luxury superyacht, and the interior proves he made the right choice.
