This YouTuber got his hands on the most expensive dirt bike he could find on Temu and tested it out to see if it was worth its hefty price tag – and whether you really do get what you pay for.
The SYX Moto 125cc was priced slightly north of $1,000 – pretty expensive for Temu, right?
Well, hopefully for YouTuber JustDoItTray, it’d be worth the expense.
There was a lot of pressure riding on the SYX Moto 125cc not to be a disappointment.

Would the most expensive dirt bike on Temu be a bust or a bargain?
We’ve seen Temu purchases go down well with their buyers before.
This YouTuber was very happy with his $1,000 dirt bike purchase, even after pushing it to its limits in some sketchy conditions.

But we’ve also seen people ending up with a severe case of buyer’s remorse – the world’s worst excavators come to mind.
So, how would things pan out for this YouTuber with his Temu purchase?
Within a week of being ordered, the SYX Moto 125cc had been delivered and was assembled quickly.
That’s things off to a good start, but the true test of quality would come when it was taken out into the wild.
First up, there was a snow ride test, in which the SYX Moto performed better than expected.

Climbing snowy hills was a breeze, and it generated enough power to plow through deep snow.
Even when it crashed, it would restart easily.
Then there was the off-road dirt test, in which the bike demonstrated its strong acceleration.
So far, so good.
But there were still a few tests left to carry out to see if this bike had been worth every penny spent on it.
What was this YouTuber’s ultimate verdict?
In the speed tests, a 0-30mph (48.28km/h) was completed in 8 seconds, which was impressive for a budget bike from Temu.

And he managed to reach a top speed of 41mph (66km/h) in dirt, which is slightly slower than the manufacturer’s claimed 50mph (80km/h).
But still, pretty impressive.
Then it was time for a wheelie test.
He managed to perform wheelies in second gear whilst using clutch pop, deeming this test a flying pass.
So there you have it, this bike really was worth the money spent on it.
“I was expecting some cheap old dirt bike that would probably blow up when you pin the throttle,” he said.
“This is the complete opposite. I’m giving you guys the green light.”
