YouTuber Jimmy Donaldson, AKA MrBeast, has shown the incredible difference between $1 and $1,000,000,000 tech in one of his latest videos.

The hugely popular YouTuber has gone through various pieces of technology, going up in cost throughout the video, to showcase where tech is taking us.

In the video, he started out by showing a simple $1 lightbulb, before progressing all the way up to a rocket that costs $1 billion.

The technology ranges from a chip that can be implanted into a human, to a bionic arm, and right up to the huge rocket ship.

The differences in how much tech costs

One of the first pieces of technology that MrBeast looks at is a $10,000 computer chip.

This is surgically implanted into the brain, and it allows a man called Noland to use his brain to control things.

Noland is paralyzed, and it can translate his signals into movement.

Another item of tech MrBeast showed was a young boy called Kai, who was born without an arm.

He was given a $25,000 bionic arm by the YouTuber, which would completely change his life.

Jimmy also showed off a flying car worth $150,000 and raced against it using a normal car.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, the flying car won the race, as it was able to just cut through traffic.

MrBeast also showcased automotive tech

The YouTuber also showed some incredible automotive creations.

At his $1 million price point, he took a look at the McMurtry Spéirling.

This is an incredible fan car, using electric power and suction to go as fast as possible.

Next, there was a $10 million Mercedes-Benz concept car, inspired by the universe of Pandora.

When touched, the car reacts to touches with the gills on the rear.

Eventually, he gets all the way up to the incredible $1 billion rocket.

This is Starship, built by SpaceX, which is a rocket aimed at taking humans to Mars.

Initially, the rockets will go to the moon before eventually heading to the Red Planet.

But at a cost of $1 billion, it is an incredibly expensive endeavour.

However, it’s clear from the video that MrBeast is excited about the future.
