A New Jersey man broke down the full cost of fixing a 2017 Rolls-Royce Dawn after the luxury car got a ‘small tap’ from a large tractor.
J and B Body Works ran through all of the items that needed repairing on the car on Instagram, and how much it would cost the owner in total.
As expected, the damage to the luxury coupe was expensive.
A lot of the parts cost more than most people’s daily driver. The final item in particular has a significant bill of its own.

How much does it cost to fix a 2017 Rolls-Royce Dawn?
The detailed breakdown for repairing the Rolls-Royce makes for entertaining and slightly scary reading.
The cheapest part of the Rolls-Royce Dawn to fix was the mirrors on the car.
However, those still cost $5,400 in total, giving you an idea as to just how expensive these cars are to fix.
Making it harder is the fact that the Dawn is no longer in production.
Next most expensive was the fender, which set the owner back some $9,798.

The door of the car took a massive hit, and that is reflected in just how expensive it is.
Repairing the door on this car cost $17,861, which is how much a reasonable second-hand daily driver can cost.
The cost for the luxury car kept ramping up
Yet the sheer volume of dollars needed to repair this car didn’t stop there, with even more components needing replacing.
The convertible trunk cover was a big one, costing $17,341 to replace, and this was followed by a quarter panel that cost $20,008.
However, the most expensive part of this whole repair was the convertible top, and this certainly costs more than most people’s entire cars.
In total, this one component set the owner of the Rolls-Royce back $55,527.
The total cost of repairing the car is a staggering $125,935, and that is without factoring in any of the labor costs needed to fix it.
The guys at the body shop are keen to stress this isn’t a scam.
It is simply just how pricey fixing a luxury car like the 2017 Rolls-Royce Dawn is.
