The new Vauxhall Corsa has been given a bold, futuristic look and will only be available as an all-electric.
The Vauxhall Corsa, known as the Opel Corsa outside of the UK, was launched in 1982 and was once the best-selling car in the world.
Since its launch, millions of units have been sold across the globe in various body styles.
Decades on from its launch, the car has had its boldest redesign yet.

The new Vauxhall Corsa will be different
With millions of units sold across the globe under various marques, you might think you know the Corsa.
However, the Corsa GSE Vision Gran Turismo is here to prove you wrong.
The car has been given a futuristic overhaul, and features a giant splitter and s-duct to the front, with a lower and wider stance.

At the rear, you’ll find an active diffuser and a spoiler, all of which add to the car’s in-your-face makeover.
But the changes aren’t just cosmetic.
The car is fitted with twin-motors that produce a powerful 800 horsepower, and can push the car from 0-62mph in just two seconds with a top speed of 199mph.
Impressive numbers.
While the Corsa GSE Vision Gran Turismo is a concept, a new Vauxhall Corsa is set to land in 2027, and the marque has said the concept vehicle is a ‘bold preview of things to come’.
Opel/Vauxhall European boss Florian Huettl told Top Gear that the brand is rediscovering its sporty GSE line.
He also confirmed that the new Vauxhall Corsa will be offered as an electric-only.
But went on to say that if the EV market is limp in 2027 then a combustion model will be sold along the all-electric model.
The car is set to debut in a video game
The Corsa GSE Vision Gran Turismo was unveiled as a full-size model at the Munich auto show.

However, it’s creators said the car had ‘phygital premier’ as it will soon be a playable vehicle in Gran Turismo 7 for the PlayStation 4 and 5.
Gran Turismo series producer Kazunori Yamauchi has given his blessing for the car to appear in the franchise.
Meaning your first chance of getting behind the wheel of the new Vauxhall Corsa will actually be entirely digital.
