A New York man just bought Temu’s cheapest adult mini bike – the GMB100 – for $450 and pushed it to its limits.

The bike arrived in under a week, came boxed with tools, and he documented every step on YouTube.

From confusing brake lines to a gas leak scare, it wasn’t exactly smooth sailing.

But once it was fueled and started, the results were surprisingly solid.

How fast can Temu’s cheapest adult mini bike really go?

The bike is the GMB100 by FRP, listed on Temu for $450. Despite the site’s mixed reputation, shipping was fast and the packaging secure.

YouTuber JustDoItTray assembled it himself with the included tools and instructions.

The only real hiccups? Short gas and brake lines that needed rerouting, and a front fender that appeared to be missing but turned out to be tucked on top of the rear one – crisis averted.

He added 10W-40 oil, since he couldn’t find the exact 15W-40 the manual recommended – however as it only needed 0.35L worth, he figured it would probably be fine.

After fueling up, the bike started on the first pull, though it wouldn’t move until he realized the choke was still on.

Using a GPS speed tracker, Tray hit a top speed of 23.8mph. Acceleration was slow, but once it got going, the ride was smooth and stable.

His verdict? ‘Definitely worth buying,’ especially for riders looking for a mod-friendly, entry-level mini bike.

Why the GMB100 might be the best cheap bike on the internet

For a budget ride, the GMB100 checks more boxes than expected.

It’s a four-stroke, pull-start engine, with no fuel mixing required.

Temu vehicles have often been put to the test, with past results being hit or miss – from the Temu McLaren that kept overheating to the full-on battle between a Temu dirt bike up and one from Amazon.

Even Temu’s most expensive dirt bike has been thrashed in off-road tests to see if it holds up.

The GMB100 may be the cheapest of the bunch, but it’s proving to be one of the most dependable.

Tray believes the GMB100 has upgrade potential, too, saying that with better gearing or intake mods, it could easily break the 30mph mark.

For under $500, it’s one of the cheapest adult mini bikes online, and an easy entry into DIY riding culture.
