A ‘Tailor Made’ one-of-a-kind Ferrari Daytona SP3 has been unveiled, and it has been given special 599+1 status with a plaque to prove it.

Ferrari unveiled the limited edition Daytona SP3 in 2021.

The luxury carmaker said only 599 examples would be made, each with a price tag of $2.25 million.

However, now an extra-special 599+1 Ferrari Daytona SP3 has been built for a very good reason.

The one-of-a-kind Ferrari Daytona SP3 was made for a good reason

Ferrari is renowned for its beautiful and powerful vehicles, but even amongst such highly-regarded cars, the Ferrari Daytona SP3 stands out.

It was designed and built as part of the carmaker’s Icona series – a limited production program that pays homage to Ferrari’s incredible automotive past.

To keep the car as exclusive as it is impressive, Ferrari said only 599 examples would be made.

However, now it has unveiled a 599+1 one-of-a-kind Ferrari Daytona SP3 that has been custom-designed by the Tailor Made team.

Ferrari plans to auction off the Daytona SP3 with all proceeds going to the Ferrari Foundation, a 501(c) public charity, which has previously collaborated with Save the Children.

“This exceptional vehicle will be numbered 599+1 as it is an addition to the already sold-out allocation of the Ferrari Daytona SP3; the car will be fitted with a plaque testifying to its unique status, with all proceeds from the auction of the car going towards Ferrari’s various educational initiatives,” Ferrari said

As well as doing good, the one-off  Ferrari Daytona SP3 looks good.

It’s been given a striking two-tone exterior livery of exposed carbon-fiber and Giallo Modena body with front splitter, sills, and rear diffuser in glossy black.

Splashed across the front, there’s a Ferrari logotype in Giallo Modena.

Inside, the interior has been made from a special fabric created from recycled tires.

The one-off Daytona SP3 is powered by the same naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V12 engine you’d find in the other 599 example, and can do 0-60mph (97km/h) in just 2.8 seconds.

What’s going to happen to the car?

The car is set to be sold at auction and could be your last chance to get your hands on a Ferrari Daytona SP3, given that the other 599 have all sold.

It’ll go under the hammer during the prestigious Monterey Car Week in California in August 2025.

Ferrari has said the funds raised from the sale of the unique vehicle will benefit the Ferrari Foundation and will be earmarked for future educational initiatives.

“The funds raised will be dedicated to elevating educational projects to global standards, continuing Ferrari’s long-standing tradition of giving back to the community,” the marque said.
