Seeing graveyards of American classic cars is always a haunting experience, but when over 100 vintage rides were found rotting in a Texas barn, a piece of US history was uncovered.
Unfortunately, all cars eventually have to go to car heaven.
It’s the circle of life.
But while their souls go to a new land, the rusted bodies have to end up somewhere, and it looks like the Texas barn has become the local collection ground.

Texas’ sheer size means that there are a lot of vehicular secrets lying in the long grass, with the state having such a rich car history.
There are barns littered throughout the state, such as this American muscle oblivion with over 300 shells waiting to pass the afterlife gates.
Some are even growing by the day with new sports cars – a Dodge Daytona EV was recently scrapped there after just 682 miles.
But this latest Texas barn find, courtesy of YouTube personality and classic car aficionado Thomas, was a throwback to the simpler days, with over 100 ’50s and ’60s classic cars on show.

The Heart of Texas Barn Finds and Classics explorer uncovered quite the Pandora’s box of rusted cars, boasting some of the most iconic models of the era.
Ford Fairlanes, Galaxies, Chevy Impalas, Bel Airs, Trucks, Wagons, Panels, Apache Pick-ups, Buicks, and so much more sat under the sun, having been retired decades ago.
Arguably, the coolest find was an old van, which appeared to have been modified to be an ice cream truck.
Granted that it was in dire straits, having been claimed by rust and the glass smashed in, its slice of history to the local Texas area is incredible.
The viewers seemed to love it too.
“That Chevy delivery would make an awesome ice cream truck, [cruising] the neighborhoods, ringing that bell,” one comment read.
Another added, “The Apache, the wagon, and that cool delivery/ milk truck! That’s my Christmas list.”

According to the owner, the Chevy delivery truck is still in working order, and he’s open to selling it alongside some of the less-damaged classic cars.
While this Texas barn find may not be as prestigious as the Ford Mustang haven we spotted earlier this month, it still makes for an awesome trip down memory lane.
